Change of Mind
As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection or incorrect information provided during checkout. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us via our contact form within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the item is deemed faulty.

Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please get in touch. We’ll investigate with our shipping provider and offer support as needed.

Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are approved case by case. If a return is needed, we will provide the address and clear instructions.
