Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed and shipped in line with our suppliers lead times. Each product will have it's own lead time, this includes time for product creation, packing and quality checks. Please refer each product's information that is displayed in the online shop for estimated process and shipping times.


Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Delivery may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the weight of your order. We aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible.
